Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping anywhere within the United States.
P.O. Boxes
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days after shipment, please contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a fair resolution.
