Because our products are dog food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products once they have been shipped. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our treats for every pup.

Orders cannot be refunded once they have been processed and shipped.

If you no longer need an item after delivery, we recommend donating any unopened product to a local shelter or a dog in need.
